Now I have gone to the embassy and I have been said very "good" news, . To put it more exactly, bad news, it is unpleasant news for us. They have told me, that when I'll go to the board of the airplane, I'll need to have no less than 1200 dollars in pocket and document, confirmatory this. Because I'll arrive to you with the work visa and I'll go to the USA as a worker. Your name and address are not pointed in documents, only it is pointed that I'll fly to USA. And this money is needed for a life in the USA for 90 days (since validity of the visa is 90 days). You lose nothing! Because when I arrive you, I'll give you this money. Without this money I'll not be released outside of Russia. I have money for
tickets, but I do not know where to take 1200 thousand dollars. They has told me that we need to buy round-trip ticket. I was very wondered, when she has

round-trip ticket. But she has told me, that with work visa I'll not be released

personal ad at Yahoo.com. Its the same old story by the 12th letter (in
three weeks) she was declaring her undying love for me. She told me of her
applying for a VISA and airfare. All during this letter writing process I was
reading the Black List and the rest of the site for tips on what I should look for.
Yes, she answered most of my questions and her letters did not seem like
form letters, but personal, to me. I received many photosand then it came.
Valentina told me her VISA had been approved (I noted that it only took a
week.yeah right!). When asked which VISA she had applied for all shed tell
me was 3 months. I sent her a multiple choice answer to this question with the
specific possible answers (taken from the Black List and US Embassies sites).
I reminded her that I work for a large newspaper and can help check for
things on her behalf with my contacts. She sent me a copy of her VISA along
with a request for $250 to help pay for the airfare. I took her VISA and sent it to
the US embassy in Moscow and, just as I suspected, it was fake. I informed
her and then listed all the questions that she had ignored over the last 2
months. I didnt expect any reply but, yes, she wrote back with a simple,
My VISA is Fake? I must talk to my travel agent. I reminded her that a
Travel Agent can not get a VISA for her I never did hear from her again.

I am a divorced white male of 36 years of age. I was recently contacted through a Yahoo Personal Ad by a Tatiana Boulatova from Palana, Russia, k2olobok@yandex.ru, AKA Victoria. She sent pictures and short MPEG clips of herself. We corresponded by email for a total of about 15 emails. At first all information was in order and believable, then she want to come visit. She said she put $400 down on ticket and even had a travel agency contact me. (Server Travel) This copy provided me with what seemed to be all the right information about tickets. When I called the phone number I got a recording that said, "the number you are trying to reach is unavailable at this time". I even emailed them several time and got no response. Then I didn't here from her for about a week and when I said this is my last email until I heard from her, the next day I got an email telling me her granny was sick and she had to take care of her. That threw up a red flag for me. Them we talked some more and said she was in Moscow awaiting flight to US. She then told me that she needed to show financial support to leave Russia and also to inter US in the sum of $1500. I told a friend this and we both researched the internet. He called me about all the Russian scams he found and then I found your wed site. I will admit I was hoping not to find her but, something told me to look at ALL the photos. Towards the very end I saw the same picture she had sent me starring me in the face. I copied the article and sent it to her and basically told her she had been found and not to contact me anymore. I can honestly say if it was for good friends and your web site, I would have been taken, but so far I've only been taken for $600 and it sure beats $2100. I hold myself responsible for not researching sooner, and if I had I wouldn't be out anything. We go through life wanting answers to the questions we don't want to go through life saying "what if". Sometimes it costs us nothing to find the answer and some times it cost not only in our wallets, but in other places as well. Thank you Scam Report and I will surely past your web site on to all those I come in contact with and say, "hey I met this great looking Russian girl on the internet".

I met Tatiana on Match.com. She said she was from Philadelphia, PA USA. Once she emailed back to me, she said "she made some mistakes" with her profile. She said she was from Palana, Russia. Because she was very good looking, I decided to keep emailing her. I would email her every day or two. She would only email me every three days. Her excuse for not emailing more often was that her and her family went to see her granny in a town without phone or electric. After three emails, she was saying stuff like I am the man of her dreams and she wants to spend her life with me. On her fourth email, she said she was going to see a travel agent. He emails me and said he could not tell me any details until a month or two after I send him $900 for Tatiana's flight to the USA. I emailed Tatiana and told her that I could not afford to send the money but if she paid for her way to me, I would pay for everything while she was here. I also emailed the travel agent and asked him to send a quote to me for my trip to Russia. He emailed me back and said it would cost $2500. I replied and asked for some details. I have never heard back from him. Tatiana's last email was from a different email address then what she was using on the previous emails. The grammatical mistakes were completely different then the previous emails. She called me on the phone a day later. I have a cell phone and the phone number she called from showed. The phone number is 323-510-2661. The area code is a Las Angeles area code. That was the last time I ever heard from her. Luckily I never lost any money.

I had an Idea that I was being scamed after I tried to send her
flowers
through your Flamingo service on your webpage. The address she had
given me was non-existent. I was aprehensive at first anyways, but
after stumbling across your website I am sure (I also inquired the US
embassy in moscow to make absoutly sure). I would suspect that
the young lady in the photos is a girlfriend, or relative. I
send you the letters so that you may post them for examples if you
wish. As you suggested in the Anti-scam manual I am going to
send (her or them) on a wild goose chase to collect monies from
Western Union. I thank you again for your services.

mood today since the morning! I have got up, taken a shower and drunk a cup of

looks like a tradition now. I know that in China there is an ancient tradition to
drink tea and here in Russia we love tea too. I think this habit have started in
our country many years ago. As you know Russia was a soviet country and
was called USSR. At that time we had big problems with food in our shops.
We had a deficiency of food. For example, for butter, meat and more other
kind of food our government gave out the limited amount of coupons to people
that they can get some food. It was very bad time. It was a crisis in our
country. But we had good relations with some countries which called by our
friends. One of those counties was India and there always were packs of
Indian tea on the shelves of food shops. I think since that time our people like
to drink tea inany time of a day. Tell me what do you like to drink? But the
coffee became more and more popular in our life at last
time.After drinking a cup of tea I have cooked the soup with a meat under the
recipe of my mom. It is a very good thing to eat soup in the middle of the day, in the other words, at

Hi Aaron!
Hello my far away friend! Finally I have the possibility to write you!
Today is hard day for me. As you know I work by the tax inspector. I receive and register
profit's declarations. Here in Russia it is necessary to report about
our profits for the last year till the 1st of April. That's why everybody
wishes for be in time to report till this date. This procedure is very time-consuming and
labor intensive. I spend several hours to receive and check authenticity and
accuracy of document's filling. It is very important because of the sum of
taxes depends of it. And in the future the pension's sum of taxpayer depends of
it too. I have to be very attentive and don't make mistakes. My work is
difficult but I like it very much. Last evening I have watched a very intriguing
translation about the animals on TV. I like animals very much and
that's why I have watched it with the pleasure. The beauty and elegance of
animals are amazing. Especially I liked snowy leopards. At the first look they are seems to
be nice and sweet cats but really they are strong and reckless
predators capable to kill a prey much more bigger than themselves. But
basically I like every animal except reptiles. Snakes and lizards inspire the fear to me. I
cannot come near a snake even if it is not toxic. In my childhood when
my dad was alive our family went out of our town often. At surroundings of
my town there are many beautiful places. One day I was going for a walk near a
creek and saw a snake. It was not toxic but I didn't know it. I was very
afraid of it and ran away. After that I was near to my parents all the day
and I imagine snakes in every stick in the grass. All wild animals are beautiful in
their own fashion but they can be dangerous for men. That's why I prefer to
spend my time with pets. I like birds very much especially canaries and
parrots. Canaries sing very good in the mornings. Also I like dogs and cats,
dogs more. They are the most faithful and loyal human friends. When I was a
little girl we had a dog called Rex. It was a big dog and I had ride Rex
like the horse. Rex was very kind and cheerful dog. I like to play and go for a
walk with it. Unfortunately dogs get old more faster than people and Rex has
died 10 years ago at the age of 12. Now I have no dog but want to have one.
Pets require much time and care. But now I spend very much time at my work.

How are you today? I hope you are fine. Did you do something interesting? I
had ski walking with my friends. The weather was some warmer and we
decided to go to a forest to get a ski walking. Near our town we have a
good little forest. We like to ski there at free time. There are a lot of people who
were skiing here. We had a very good time with fun and a lot of laugh.
Nevertheless we had frozen a bit in the end of our walking because we had
spent in the forest almost all day till the evening. The temperature was about -
20 C. Usually weather here is more cold. But this days the climate was good
for this time of winter and we had already decided to go to ski.
Almost all of my friends like skiing. In the winter we have a lot of snow
here. About 1-1,5 high meters high of snow. Can you imagine this Aaron? Did you see so big
amount of snow at your place. My friend Aaron, I would like to tell you about
my relations with men in the past. I want to let you know that I had not good
experience of my relations. It was not easy for me and I don't like to
remember about it. But I think I don't need to hide anything from you and we

Today is quite cold here again but when I think about you Aaron it becomes
warmer to me no matter how cold it is outside. Today I've surprised a lot that
our hopes are coming true! Guess why? I think you would like to know it!
Today after my work I've gone to the travel agency and they've told me that my
visa is ready now! I was very glad because it was so fast! I've asked them to
can it and I send it to you today because I think it's the great news not only
for me but for you also! But like any travel agency this one not only prepares
visas but it reserves tickets too. I've decided to use their service again
because they have a great reputation and respect in our city. They've told me
that the roundtrip flight to Las Vegas (LAS) cost $1289 united states dollars. It
was too expensive for me and I've asked them to find the cheapest variant.
And they've offered. It would be on the 28 February and cost $916
usd. I asked them about possibility of reservation tickets and payment by
piecemeal because other people can buy the cheap tickets but I'm not. At first, they've
refused and I was in despair! I've asked them to help me so long time
that tears have come to my eyes! And they've agreed! I've spent all my
money, but it wasn't enough. So I've gone topawnshop and pawned silver and gold jewelry
which I had. I've got $110 and that was enough for an initial
payment. I have paid $340 today for it and it was all money that I have.

New York (JFK) Now I've all necessary documents including my visa and want

flight ticket. But this money is not enough! I don't want to burden you. I want to
