to be Oksana from though a yahoo singles ad. I have copied the reply below
which was though an existing connection with a separate mail. This first
made me suspicious, so I though I would email her to see what was up
thinking it was a scam. She emailed me twice sending pictures and these
emails were insistent about marriage so I thought it may be a scam or someone unstable so if found your site with the same letters sent to me and
someone else with the same pictures. She was also listed on other lists. I
though I would share and just stick with the almost attractive woman I have
been seeing lately. Here is a copy of the first email to me and a copy of the same email I found
on your site with a few names changed and the same grammar and spelling

I am a 52 year old divorced male in the USA. I was first contacted by this scammer on January 17, 2005 through the yahoo personals site with no profile attached (as usual). The e-mail address used was doroga1978@mail.ru This is the typical money for visa and airfare scam. They claimed that a US tourist visa would cost $395. When I pointed out that it would only cost $100 they said that was correct but that the rest was necessary in order to get one in a hurry. When I asked what the airfare would be they said that she wouldnąt know until she got to Moscow and got the paperwork underway. I was supposed to commit to this without knowing what the total cost was going to be. When is Yahoo going to wake up and post warnings at their site? It is one of the most popular sites for running scams. My compliments go to MatchDoctor.com for not only posting warnings but detailed pages about how these scams work. Since they have done this the contacts through that site have practically disappeared. If only the other dating sites would follow suite this epidemic of scammers could be largely nipped in the bud and save would be victims tons of money. She has told me that the best variant and more available for me will be the registration of the tourist visa (B-2), its validity is 90 days from the date of arrival to USA, but I was very frustrated when I heard its price, it costs 395 American dollars. When I heard this price, tears flowed on my cheeks. I have explained her that Jim is man, without whom I can not live and I wanted so much her to see and understand how I love you so much. But she answered me that she understands everything but she can do nothing because rules are rules and other any way is impossible. Also I'll need to go to Moscow. Ticket to Moscow cost 172 dollars.
