I am a single white American, 37 years old, self-employed professional.
The initial contact occurred on the LuckyLovers.net web site. About 95% of
the women I have met on this site have been scammers, and Oksana just
happened to be the trickiest of them all. We have been corresponding for
about 4 months. I offered to send money to help with emails because we were
talking so much via email. But that was the extent of the money exchange
thank goodness. I ordered some flowers to be sent for Valentine's Day, over
a web site from Russia, which alerted me to the fact that Oksana had been
blacklisted for flowers. So unfortunately some other people have been
scammed. I performed a Google search of Oksana's name and there are three
Russian flower sites that she is blacklisted. The plot thickens though. I
have been in the process of arranging a trip to Italy to meet. I have
realized that this is a bad idea as well to meet outside of their country
for the first time. Anyhow, Oksana got me in touch with a travel agency in
her hometown, supposedly the only one that she likes or that is there to
help out. The travel agency is currently called Interstar and has been
called another name previously; I believe it was Inter Travel. Her
accomplice or it may be another alias is Ekaterina Sedristaya who is the
tourist agent of the travel agency. This same person, Ekaternina, is also
the person who provided her bank account number in which to send funds for
arranging the trip. The bank account number that was given can be found on
a blacklist for scammers under Ekaterina's name. The bank account #provided
is 4405 8807 1782 3718. Oksana spoke a lot about having to go to Kiev to
get her travel visa and that it would cost money and be very expensive, and
that it may ultimately never even get approved by the authorities in the
Ukraine. In retrospect after I sent the small sum of money and made initial
contact with the travel agency the texture of Oksana's emails changed
dramatically. They became very pornographic; I believe to cloud my thinking
with high levels of testosterone. Essentially a $100 was sent to Oksana via Western Union only once.
To sum up the experience essentially the names Oksana Zalesskaya and
Ekaterina Sedristaya are intermingled and are running a dating scam/travel/visa scam. They may be the same people or both alias not
completely sure. Do not send any money to these people! Also I would
recommend highly avoiding the LuckLovers.net site! I have informed western union, lucklovers.net, & the IFCC. No word yet I
just informed them over the past few days. I will keep you informed if you

my town. They explain that for getting visa for myself I need to go to
Kiev and have something like interview about many things such as the purpose of my trip and so on, then I need to wait for God knows how
many weeks or even months for the result... the embassy doesn't give any guarantees, that i finally get this visa.
I explained that I'd love to arrange a trip to Italy and asked what I need for this. They explained everything connected with their work.
But the most important things are that they organize not simply getting visa but getting a medical insurance and they book the return
tickets! I was told that with their help the getting of visa to Italy would take about 24 days. I was told that the cost of the whole trip
to Italy including the tourist visa, return ticket, medical insurance,
notary attestation of the papers, required at the Embassy will depend on the exact dates of my coming to you and the airlines, My Prince. I
was told that the whole trip to Italy would cost from 750$.
