Black List - page 2: INDIVIDUALS
(St. Petersburg, Russia)

Ms Nikandrova

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to warn you about the activities of miss Nikandrova, in case she is registered at your agency or attempts to do so.

I met miss Nikandrova, at the end of 1998, through the English agency "Russian Romance". Since I met her, she maintained contact by e-mail with myself. During the time that I was in contact with her, she asked for money to be sent to her on a number of occasions. Her reasons were that she needed the money to be able to meet me. At times, miss Nikandrova asked for excessive amounts of money and wanted a quick method of getting the money to her.

Miss Nikandrova informed me that she has met several foreign men, mainly through agencies and in clubs in St. Petersburg where Russian girls go to meet foreign men. This makes me wonder how much money she has managed to obtain from how many foreign men. Her technique is to maintain the relationship for as long as she thinks she can extract money from men. In my case, I invited her to spend a holiday with myself. Once she realized that she had obtained as much from me as possible, she simply packed her bags and left me in the middle of the holiday.

Miss Nikandrova is currently unemployed and she has told me that she does not intend to work for some months while she thinks what to do next. No doubt that, considering how low the salaries can be in Russia, she must be living on the money that she has received from foreign men.

Added to the above, I have found out that Miss Nikandrova has a boy-friend in St. Petersburg! I believe that she is not interested in meeting a foreign man to marry (perhaps a rich man she can fool, yes) but to simply live on whatever she can extract from foreign men.

Yours sincerely,

J. Reynolds*

Tatiana Leschinskaya

I want to warn you about Tatiana Leschinskaya.
She stole $300 from me. She put up all the signals of being a scammer. I played it through just to prove that she was a thief. The $300 is no big deal. I figured it was money well spent if I could prove my suspicion and get her off the Internet before she really hurt some unsuspecting man and stole too much money from too many people. And there's more! After I emailed her to tell her what a bad person she was, she tried to email a file to me entitled "me_nude." It was infected with a virus. No worries - I have virus protection! I was well aware of what was happening with Tatiana by the time we had exchanged 3 letters. We exchanged about 9 letters via email. She said she was a manager for a travel agency and so getting a visa would be no problem. I invited her to vacation with me in January. She agreed and said she had her own $ and would pay half of her airline ticket which would be discounted because she is a travel agent. After much coordination regarding flights & plans, throughout which she unknowingly revealed her evil intent, I sent her $300 via Western Union. Of course, I have not heard from her since, accept the "me_nude" attempts, and I emailed her 4 messages. Although I pretty much knew she was dishonest, part of me said maybe she's just stupid. I had to send the money to prove my suspicions. Hey, my $300 might save somebody from losing a lot more. What goes around, comes around. Something bad will happen to her and something good will happen for me!

Steve

Olga Selezneva

Thank-you for your black-list. I have been talking with a girl for a month now, even called her on the phone. But, now she wants to me to send her money for visa, and plane tickets. I read a story with the name of Tatiana Leschinskaya. I am talking to the same girl but with the name of Olga Selezneva, same story - manager of travel agency who can get visa and plane ticket discounted. Her pictures are the same but different name, so thanks for your site, saved me some money, I was going to send tomorrow.

Felix Steven*, USA

Natalia (Oksana) Kovaleva

I wasted much time but fortunately no money thanks to your site and checking out some of the sites referred to in other identified scams.

She went by the name of Maria, and her father was into a travel agency. She went so far as give a number 07-812-2453356. She mentioned how her father could get a tourist visa in a matter of days and she could be here in two weeks. But I would have to send money for the airfare and visas. She says she and her father are from St. Petersburg. I am lucky that I have friends there and in other parts of Russia and Ukraine. They checked on her and found that this was all a lie. This site is great to list those items.

Better still if we could list sites that are good though. I have been seeing a girl in the Ukraine and visited her several times, at no time had she asked for money. After 3 trips and my friends helping, I have decided she is the girl.
Their are honest ones.

I have been corresponding with "Oksana" who said her next door neighbor is Maria and gave the same phone number 007-812-2453356. "Her mother is a travel agency director". She also asked for money for a visa and plane tickets. She asked that the money be sent Western Union to NATALIA KOVALEVA Russia, St Petersburg 194100 B. Sampsonievski pr.80-3, "her mother". This is for sure a scam she used three different email addresses: OKSY1977@yahoo.com, oksana_023@yahoo.com and bertour2@spb.cityline.ru She sent many emails (daily) nothing much personal but totally focused on her coming to the US. Beware

D.

P.S. Here are her/his/theirs/its beautiful photos:

Olga Kovaleva

I have also received emails from one of the "women" featured in your Blacklist. The name she used to the gentleman who reported her was Natalia Kovaleva. The name she used to me was Olga Kovaleva and another email address used was olgakova@yahoo.com. That two of the pictures of " Natalia Kovaleva" (above) were the same as sent to me under the name Olga Kovaleva. She hadn't gotten to the point of asking for money, but had suggested she had time off coming up and if I also had time she would like to meet me. Correspondence dropped off dramatically after I told her I was planning a trip to Russia and could meet her then. Here's a bit of irony/justice: I am fairly new to the internet and it seems I accidentally sent a computer virus to the previously mentioned email address. This was an effective virus as it shut down my sister's work computer for two weeks... hope it did the same to her's/their's.

Incidentally that was the second scammer I ran into at Absolute Agency in a month. I have also received no replies from profiles I have sent messages to since using your suggestions for opening letters from your Anti-Scam guide. I have pulled my profile from that agency and will not respond to any more emails from there.

Watch for my subscription to your service shortly.

Sincerely, Clinton Carey*
(Thanks again for saving me money and possible heartache.)
