names to your Blacklist as they manage a translation agency in
Lugansk,Ukraine that "Do Not" provide the services they say
that they do as I met a woman in Lugansk recently that use this agency
and she told me that they do all the writing of the letters as she
never wrote me a letter and I've been writing for several months. They
gave me a phone # and I thought I was talking to her as I would call a
couple times a week and actually it was someone at the agency. I paid
for and sent flowers and she told me there were actually fake flowers.
So I would like to report these 3 women because they scammed me and
I'm sure other men right now as well. There names are:

From Luganks,Ukraine as they seem to used Loveme.ru and Ua-dating.com

I am a 38 year old male who also received a message from someone matching
the description and photograph of Elena Filippova from Chelyabinsk. This makes
the second time a scammer has contacted me with the same old pattern. They
must be having lots of luck, so I think yahoo and the other services should do
more to block them out and warn it's subscribers. I am talking to several real
woman in Russia and the difference in their letters is amazing. The scammer
always asks and answers few questions, spouts off paragraphs of romantic
garbage, proclaims undying love and then asks for the money to make the trip to
America.

At 15:30 we with my employees do a small break and we drink tea to have a rest. I was not capable to drink tea because I THINK OF YOU! During
the working day when there is an opportunity I answer on your letter. At 17:00 I go home. I go on foot, slowly. I feel itself perfectly
because I THINK OF YOU! At 17:40 I accept shower and I imagine that YOU WITH ME! (Smile)

I am divorced and she already new this, I am now 39 one child,White Australian, Working in a family business.
When writing to Gala, in all of her letters she dedicates her love to you. She cannot believe that she has found you in such a
big world. She tells you that her English level is only at level 1-2 out of five, when I
met her she was fluent in English, and had a degree in English to teach this
language. I payed for translation of all letters only to find out when I visited her in
Lugansk that she had been translating all the letters to practice her English. She
told me she was a caring and sensual and sexual person, what a joke, I was sick
one night when I was there and all she would do was be rude to me and say I do
not want to look after someone that is sick it is annoying me. She told me she
was a virgin after we met so that I would not try to do anything. She would make
you feel guilty about her being poor and not being able to buy things that she like,
so when we went shopping she would take me to all these clothes stores and try
clothes on and see if I would buy them for her. I bought her at least 7 outfits that
consist of jeans tops, shore handbag, mobile phone, and translator. We ate in
restaurants most of the time. She would invite one of her friends to join us on
most of our outings and I would have to pay for then as well. Whenever I tried to
kiss her she would turn away or pretend that she had to go and do something.
She came with me to Kiev when I left to see me leave it was my suggestion, she
still could not come to a decision about marrying me and said she would tell me
in her next letter when I returned to Australia. From the time I got there till the
time I left I spent 1000 US Dollars on her just on clothing phone and translator.
That is not taking into account that I spent lots more on entertainment, and
buying videos for her. She has a way of making you feel obligated to buy her
these things, she is a scammer and good at it, she will not ask you to send her
money but she will do all she can once you are there to empty your wallet. The
end result was that she sent me an e-mail saying I never want to write to you no
more, I only perceive you as a friend. A friend would never take advantage of you
like this only a conniving con artist would do this to you. When I arrive in Lugansk
I was asked to pay for the apartment, it was 940 US for 23 days, I asked for a
receipt, and never received one, I asked the translator on two separate occasions
to take me to the agency office and was told there is plenty of time to see them, I
also ask Gala to take me to the agency on two separate occasions she would
say the same thing. I never did go to the agency and you know why, after looking
around the apartment when Gala was not there I found all the boxes for the
computer equipment that was used to set up the agency. I was staying where the
agency was situated and they had moved into the apartment building next door
and were staying with friends, this is also the same apartments where I took the
translator to pay for the apartment. The phone would ring a minimum of 5 times a
day and Gala told me never answer this phone, that is because people were
ringing the agency, she would disappear not long after the phone rand and say
she was going to ring her friend in Russia because you can not ring long distance
from this phone, so I would watch her leave and not go towards where to public
phone was but to the apartments where the people ran the agency were now
staying. Do not contact this woman she will seem genuine until you leave then
she will say see you later I have taken all I want from you and do not need to
write to you anymore.

Macheret at International Marriage Agency "Accord" ( used to be called "Pearl
Agency") http://www.manwomanaccord.narod.ru . Their office is located at street
Zorge 40-23, 630001 Novosibirsk city. Telephone number is 7 3832272662,
mobile phone is 89139098030. It is most likely that many of the ladies on this
web site have no idea that their photos are being used to scam people by this
agency "Accord" and Mihail Macheret and his wife Olga. There is a similar report

It appears as if Mihail just posts profiles of these ladies and gets men to write to
them and he will send letters/photos back to them with out the lady even knowing
anything about these letters ( This is direct information from someone who used
to belong to this former "Pearl Agency". If the man does in fact purchase the
ladies address and phone number, she has no idea of who this man is when he
calls her, as she has never read any of his letters sent to her by this person.

visa and $120 for her passport). She is supposedly using a travel agency - Inter
