I have a comment regarding a black listed woman named Yulia Chevardak/at Svetlana Litvinova's agency....I just read the statement from a man regarding his experiance with/and how he started corresponding with Yulia,I have been corresponding with her for almost 2 years,and in that time,she has NEVER asked for any money for any reason..After the 3rd or 4th letter Svetlana did ask for a fee to translate future letters,a fee that is significantly less than ALL of the other marraige or internet cafe' type agencies i have inquired into..Svetlana clearly stated any money be sent to Yulia and Yulia would pay the agency as she saw fit.As the gentleman stated i too sent letters to her under different screen names and with the exception of the initial prompt reply Svetlana clearly stated was a generic response and 2 pictures,Yulia had her send to all replies.....each letter after that was a seemingly honest and sincere exchange of topics of interest...and all pertinant facts about her situation and family were the sa Ocassionally i would inquire under different screen names how many gentleman Yulia was corresponding with and the response went from a high of 6 to an eventual reply of her finding some one and no longer taking letters......Under my original screen name i've continued to correspond for almost 2 years now,and to this day she has not asked for ,nor have i sent any money other than a minimal letter writing fee,which in all honesty has amounted to being cheaper than letters and resumes' i've paid to have typed right here in the USofA........In conclusion,HOW would i go about proving her sincerity and whether or not she is for real..Everything tells me she is real,yet it is the other side of the world.....and although my experience has been quite different from the gentleman's letter on your page,there is ALWAYs the possibility of deception....I would be very interested in hearing from anyone currently corresponding with Yulia..Thank you ,Dan Tibbetts@ Ratstou2@aol.com

I have a name of a girl, Tamara Kiknadze that needs to be added to her other aliases. I found her on your site after I'd sent her $500 to help her get a visa. To my dismay, she actually had the visa and sent me a copy of it. I thought that is was for real but found your site too late after I sent her the money for the ticket. Money issues aside, she will ask for money to help fund the visa application, tickets, and insurance to travel with to your home country. She even gets the visa and will send a scanned copy to you as verification that she can come. Here are some pictures of her that are very attractive. As I write this, the "Alena Scam" is unfortunately alive and well (please see included e-mail messages). Thank to people like you and www.russia-scam.org I have avoided being defrauded of $1,800! The persons involved in this fraud ring are a young woman identifying herself to me as "Tatyana Opviso" (purportedly living with her parents in Kiev, Ukraine), a woman identified to me as "Irina Filipova", Accounts Manager, "Loving Hearts Club", Kiev, and Oksana Degtyareva, "Financial Manager" of Loving Hearts Club." The persons identified to me as Tatyana Opviso and Irina Filipova are using pressure and an asserted visa deadline of January 7, 2003, in their attempt to convince me to wire $1,790 to Oksana Degtyareva on Monday, Jan 6th. They maintain that Tatyana's "pre-approved" vis status will "expire" on Jan 7th, if they don't have the money.

I gave my home telephone number unfortunately to this Tatyana person, prior to my learning of about the "Alena/Scarlet Visa and Internet Agency/Dynasty Visa and Internet" scam. Dear Ms. Surkova, I am contacting you at this time to verify whether there is a Loving Hearts Club in Kiev, Ukraine, and whether the following persons (and please see copy of e-mail messages herein) are employed by Loving Hearts: Irina Filipova, Accounts Manager Oksana Degtyareva, Finance Officer Andrini Kalobev, President I posted an advertisement on a personals board in the U.S. A young woman describing herself, in part, as living in Kiev and looking for a husband in the U.S. responded to the ad and requested that I reply. I replied to the young woman's response and gave her my e-mail address and a telephone number. She e-mailed and telephoned and I decided that I wanted to meet her. She said that it was necessary for her to come to the U.S. to meet. Then, I received an e-mail message from a person identifying herself as Irina Filipova, Accounts Manager, "Loving Hearts Club", Kiev, Ukraine. "Ms. Filipova" stated that the young lady, identified as Tatyana Opviso, was a Loving Hearts' client and that Ms. Opviso needed to pay $1,790 U.S. Dollars to complete her process for physical examination, air travel, etc., by January 7, 2003, or else should would have to wait 6 months to reapply. 

I am quite willing to sponsor the young lady if she and Ms. Filipova are who they claim to be. However, today I visited the web site of www.russian-scam.org/message.htm and saw a picture of a woman named either "Elena Artemieva" or "Alena Gennadievna Fedorovskaya" which is the same woman in the pictures e-mailed as attachments to me by Tatyana Opviso.  I request information on how to determine the genuiness of the claims that your agency, Loving Hearts, represents "Tatyana Opviso (Account Number: k-107)" and whether Irina Filipova, Oksana Degtyareva, and Andrini Kalobev Bodislov work for Loving Hearts in Kiev. If the foregoing persons are, in fact, employed by Loving Hearts, please provide me a telephone number where I can reach Ms. Irina Filipova. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
