I am a white male from the USA and would like to report to you about a Scammer named Tatyana Ruelets from Moldova. Her address is Tatyana Reulets, Str. Genta Latina 19-120, Kishinev, Moldova,2044. Her mobil phone is (3732)-9437566. This is her banking information:  CITIBANK N.A. , New York, USA, swift: CITI US 33 Beneficiary's Bank: VICTORIABANK, Kishinev, Moldova swift: VICBMD2X Beneficiary: Reulet Tatyana Account: 222500100207208 She is trying to get me to send her money ($500) for her plane ticket to N.Y. as she claims to be able to travel to N.Y. and will be able to get a business visa. Her stories are very conflicting and do not make much sense at all. I even offered to give her the money ($500) for her trip as soon as we would meet in person and she would not have to pay me back at all. This offer was no good of course as she said that she needed the money for now and would pay me back when we met. She had already claimed to have the tickets as she borrowed the money from someone to pay for her tickets and now has to pay this person back. She never sent to me any more photos then the two that I have which is strange as she is very much into computers from what she has told me as she is a web designer and it took several requests before she gave me her home address even though she was not shy about asking for money. She is a definite scammer as I had tried to send flowers to her to make sure that she is in fact real and this is the report that I got back from the flower delivery agency (see report): About your Kishinev girl! Our Kishinev agent has tried to reach Tatyana many times. Her home phone is registered on name REULETS, but a man who answered our phone call, told our agent that he had never heard about Tatyana! Sure, she gave you a fake address!!! Her cell phone is real, BUT she never answers her calls - all you can do is to save your message. Our agent left 3 messages on her call record machine, but she had never replied.  Sure, she is just a fake girl who was hoping to get several $$$ from you for her "ticket". Now you are trying to explain me that you still want to see me. Actually, you do not believe me. And what now? Do you still think that I can say you that I believe you? You know. Sometimes we have to make a risk in our life, if you want to get something. For me it's difficult too. I never asked about help from anybody. I have thought that you are my friend, but now I know that it was wrong. Do you really think that you can find the girl who will be working for ticket……….?. I think that you know what I mean. I want to say that you were not right. You think about me not so good. I don't need your excuses. I just want to say sorry for you, that I was so stupid and started asking help from you. Hello Thanks for your letter. I'm O.K. I'm thought that you need copy of my passport for transfer some money for my trip, but it's been a joke. It's very sadly that you can't understand me. I did everything what I can for our meeting. I can't make more than I can. I think that you'll be seating alone beside your pool. Or if you want I can give your address or telephone number for my girlfriend (because maybe she'll fly instead me with her father) and she make call to you if she wish. It looks like for you never mind who'll come to you. I'm very sorry, Tatyana.

I want try to explain you. Everybody think that I'm not going to come back from America, that why my friend want to get money before my departure. I don't know why they think like that, but I can't to prove them. They know about you and that you are waiting for me, and they think that I going to marriage. I have said nothing about it, but they thinking. What I can do?  Actually I want to see you and it's all. I don't going to stay in America more than 15 days. I know that you can believe me. Sometimes I think that you know me better than my friends. What can I do? That why, you have to decide. In America I'll don't need money because I get 700 $US in New York from father of my girl friend, but now I can't take this money from him. I didn't talk about my problem to him. He is thinking that I'm O.K. I don't want to talk about it to him. I'm so happy that have a chance to go with him and make him many problem already. Actually he doesn't need me in America (he knows English quite well) and I can go in America in any place. So, I have a chance to visit America, but I never been so far from my home and I'm afraid. Hello! I know there is a woman in Odessa who pretends to run a dating agency and asks girls to give her their data. Her name is Elena (Lena) Yaremchyk. I was one of the girls who were mislead by this woman. I gave her my data and photos to find a husband abroad. I did not receive anything from this "agency" but then one man found me on another dating site and said he sent me money to the agency of Elena Yaremchyk. He sent the money on the name of Elena Yaremchyk and not on my name but he though her was sending money to me. The email address "the agency" is using is: slavady@ukr.net The agency name is Melesa. I think she is changing addresses and name of the agency but the name on which the money is sent is always the same: Elena Yaremchyk. I know many girls gave her their photos and data. She is using the data for her own gain and men think they send money to the girls.

I believe she knows about scam sites and picks and chooses her letters with minor modifications. Either that or she is affilia Here I downloaded her profile. I would prefer an honest man between the ages of 30 and 50 who does want children, understands women and knows what he wants from life.  

First email after my response including new picture. I didn't see this picture on your site but you might want to add it. This email is so close to another one that I saw on your scammer list it is uncanny (Svetlana Kashkova).

Second email response from her. Classic symptom: working on the setup getting to the actual money scam.

After this last email I answered her back in German and never heard from her again.

First I would like to tell your agency thank you for the outstanding service this anti-scanning provides for all this man trying to find that special someone.  I am a divorced man 43 years old living in California. Being a law enforcement officer for the past sixteen years than helped me to discover that was truly a scam artist. She never seemed to answer any my questions directly and her picture is listed under many different names on the site. She can not even remember how old she is from letter to letter. We had been correspondent for approximately two months before she dropped the big question for the money.  Natalia/Natasha found me on the first international site. The standard scam, I have a friend who can get me a visa and plane tickets to your country scam. I have attached a few of her letters and all of the pictures that she sent me. I am translating them to Russian and we reading them together with my mum. I was never married, but I want to marry very much. I never had sexual contacts! It is very pleasant to me to find out that by mutual understanding each other, you see it is a very important fact in our relations. If we want to create strong union, we should trust and understand each other in all I feel fine, concerning me can not worry with me that's all right. Today I have received my salary. It probably will be ridiculous but I have earned forty dollars for this month. Well, we shall not speak about problems which rise on our way. As I know, I will need about 50-70 dollars per day in Moscow, so it would be much cheaper and convenient for me to make request for visa via local transport company. Also I can make prepayment for airplane tickets and buy round-trip tickets for 835 dollars. The last important condition - I must have 500 or more dollars in cash or on a credit card as a proof that I'm able to pay for my expenses. As I know this rule is applied only for Russian and other third-party countries'citizens. I don't have to spend the proof money, I must have them only to show their presence at custom-house. My visa would be valid for 6 months and I would be  able to prolong it for another six months easily.  And if we will decide to marry (I hope we will), I will not have problems with visa anymore. I will need 1775 dollars to arrange my arrival to you and I will be able to return 400-450 dollars. I hope it  would not be very expensive for you. I have found out that the easiest and safest way would be send money by Western Union, using my home address. Your complete name and complete home address is also necessary. It is very important!
