her photo is beautiful and I was writing to her when I read her scam, so I was
prepared for what was to come. I never send money to women in fear of scams,
maybe I am cold hearted, I don't know. But I was waiting for Marina's letter for
asking for money and like clock work it came. Please if you see this woman, she

I chose to wait a few days, see what happened; the identical letter was received
once more. Since then, total silence. I did some research, my suspicions
seemed justified by everything I could find, most especially by the discoveries
made on your website! The same pictures, letters, etc. Meantime, I received this
week another letter from 'Larisa' from Murmansk, identical to a letter from
'Marina':

The moral of the story: I sent no money, did my homework, found good advice
from trustworthy sources, and am the wiser for it. Photos attached to help any

Hello I'm David Hobbs from Dallas Texas. I'm very glad I found this
web site, I have been contacted buy a lady who calls herself Marina. I
found her picture here under the name Tatyana Ivanova. She resides in
Irkutsk, Russia in Siberia. Her first letter was short and sweet and
her second was very long. In her third and fourth letters she didn't
answer any of my questions except one and she didn't answer it
directly. All letters were as if they were generic letters and could
be sent to anyone and would fit. I was very skeptical from the first
letter because I've herd of the scams going on. I wasn't sure until I
found this website with her pictures here and there the same pictures
she sent me. Her letters have changed somewhat but it is the same girl
for sure. She has poor English and is hard to understand but has excellent
grammar and spelling, may be due to a spell checker but she is very
good. She hasn't ask me for money yet but it's only a matter of time.
I'm going to play her for as long as I can. I can't do anything to her
but I can make her waste some time and have some fun. So if you've

lots of responses relative to the number of letter I sent
obtained from various agencies, and indeed have. E700.com
however sent me dozens of mails form purported interested ladies. The
letters use virtually the same language. The ladies won't provide
details; I have written the same ladies from current addresses
obtained "at other sites." No responses forthcoming. If
these letters were real, they would have contacted me. We have
outright fraud here. Gentlemen, I am a lawyer. But I'm not a Georgia
Plaintiff's lawyer. If someone can find a good class action lawyer,
tell him he is sitting on a gold mine. I'll be the lead
Plaintiff.

European Connections
My company, InterBaltika International, based in Riga, Latvia formerly
was working with European Connections. We created many of their websites
including the front end only for E700, IntroGlobe, and complete websites for
them including russianladies.com, globaladies.com, and others. Due to what
we saw as major deception in the E-700 program we're no longer working
with them.
Here's what's happening:
1. The overwhelming majority of the revenue is made from many the European
Connections E-700 partner agencies "spamming" the thousands of guys with
e-mails that seem to be "form letter" and are often written without knowledge
or permission of the lady that the letter is supposedly from. Keeping in mind
that on busy days 50,000 letters are being sent, a percentage of the guys
receiving the e-mails are going to open them - for $8.
2. What you're not realizing is that EC is doing
everything they can to train, encourage, teach, etc. these agencies to pump out as much "mail" to get guys
to open e-mails and entice them into long term correspondence with the
"ladies". My hang-up is, if the first letter is spam, or the furthest thing from a
real letter, how confident can you be the follow-up is being done by anyone but
"Hairy Boris" who's writing all the letters. There's no confidence in this
process, many feel.
3. A lot of vulnerable, lonely, gullible guys are going to open the e-mails and
fall for this system, but it's so sloppy that a lot of guys catch on to what's
happening to them, as many posts on this forum bear out. The same observations are made on the www.womenrussia.com scam list, the
www.rwguide.com forum, etc. etc.
4. The guys at EC see are completely aware of what's happening but on the
other side, are also watching their bank account accumulate growing 6 figure
income monthly from the e-700 business. I had to chuckle at your recommendation to them that they hire someone to monitor this.
Clearly there's some serious deception happening in this process, which is one
of the main reasons my company is no longer working with EC.

but such a modern things like computer or Internet are much much more

a possibility to pay direcktly to them. And they replyied that it's not possible for
them to accept payment from abroad. I thought it would be easier for you morally
to pay directly to provider then to send money to me persanly. But it is no way.
Also the Western Union is the very one available way for me to get the money
because I don't have any bank account. And I don't know if such a things as
credit card exist in my country. Ukraine is a very poor and wild country. But also
very exotic.......... Well, what could I say........... If you'll find material and also

the matter is that at this time I've lost my second job which gives me
usseally a possibility to have an Internet. There is not exist Internet gratis here, in the
Ukraine. The bread or vodka, for example here is much cheaper than anywhere, but
such a modern things like computer or Internet are much much more

First of all I'll tell you everything i promissed you to tell. As you know already
I'm very much romantic and this is the main and biggest thing in me. But in the
same time I'm enough good house-keeper. I like to cook and I'm dooing that
preety well. Specially Ukrainian national meals. I hope you'll have a chance

time I'm busy with my work. What I like to do in my free-time? Some times
when the wether is bad I like to set near the window and knit or sew. I'm

In the very childhood i was dreaming to be a fashion designer but now it's over
and this is just my hobby now. My favourite colors are blue, black and white.

and sunny wether. My music testes are not very modern. I like folk and classic
music, like Mozart, Bach, Chaykovsky. But I love to dance very much and

About sport I'm serious only in one - mountain skying. We have a forest very
close to my city with enough good hills in. I'm useally skying there. I like pets
and specially my dog of course. He is funny too much, so lovely. Well, what

I've got finally an exact and full information about the possibilities
we have. I'm tired. And my fellings now are double and strange in the same time.......
From one side I'm sad very much because it's sounds too expancive,in my
oppinion. But from another side it's excited.....in a two weeks we may see each
other in person!!!!!!!! As for me it's even sounds unbelievable, like in
farry-tale. Well, the matter is that to go abroad any Ukrainian citizen should have a
second - foreign passport. I was never been abroad that's why I don't have it.
To prepare it will take 3-6 mounhtes officially and it's cast near 80US$. It is a
possibility to do that in express-turn during 3 days for 500US$.
To get a visa in USA I have to go in Kiev to your ambasy and apply for
that and it will cast near 50US$ and I don't know how long it 'll takes.
But the matter is that your country doesn't like to give a visa to unmarried
woman . That is I'll never get it. There are some organizations which prepares
during 3 mounth a fiances visa in America and it is cast 500-750 US$. About ticket.
It is necessary to take only two-ways ticket for the Ukrainian citizens by law.
The prises are between 750-1450US$ to New York. There are only flyes Kiev-New York.
I've heared something about the Washington also but it's seems like they are
flying only from Moscow (Russia). I was very much upset seeing all of this
prises and terms. And I was continue to look for any another possibilities.
And I've found one tourist organization, which is able to prepare all of that we
need - passport, three-mounth visa and ticket during two weeks and for
1460 US$ total. But such a prise will be only until the middle of September.
After September the price should be higher again because during summer
not too much people visiting America. Comparing to the other prises and terms
their conditions are perfect. Also it is very old and trustable organization.
But...............it is still .........1460 dollars, which is even sounds for me like a
something crazy. My dearest, I did all what I could.......... I don't think we

Wow, how convenient. I didn't have $200 to send immediately, and
wouldn't get it until the end of the week. I explained this, but haven't heard from her
since. This is fine by me, because I probably would have sent it. I wrote back
later, explaining that Texas to New York is not a drive that I wanted to have
to make, so would need arrival and departure times to get flights in and out of
Dallas, but she would have already been on a plane (supposedly), so I didn't
really expect a response from her whether she was lying or not. According to

My name is Jason Wright. I have not specifically been looking at Russian
women or Russian dating services. I have a personal ad on Yahoo! that is
intended to help me find potential people to date in my home town in Indiana.
Contacts with "Pavlo Sirotyuk" began when he/she wrote an e-mail to me in
response to my personal ad on Yahoo!. The first e-mail she sent to me was
on 9/09/2001. The last e-mail was on 9/21/2001. The e-mails were nice and
introductory in nature at first. The first e-mail was obviously about
seeing my personal ad and being interested in further mailing. In the
second e-mail, Pavlo just told more about herself. In the third e-mail, she
mentions money. She says that it is expensive to use the internet there,
and she is running out of money. She says to mail her back and let her know
if I can help her out financially. The fourth and final e-mail is almost
all about money. It mentions that she is coming to the US as an exchange
student, and she'd really like to meet when she comes here. It gives further information about the money she needs to
keep in contact until then. It asks to use a service called MoneyGram, and to
send money to 82200, Ukraine, Truskavets, 33 Drogobytska Street, which
she explains is the address of the nearest MoneyGram service to her. She says
that receiving or sending e-mails costs 2$USA each time, but that if she pays
120$USA in one day, she'll have unlimited use.
After this fourth e-mail, I put the name "Pavlo Sirotyuk" into a search
engine and found that name in the blacklist at this site. Under that name
in the blacklist was an e-mail that was the EXACT same (except for the
address) as the fourth e-mail I received. Since the person who reported her
first sent money and she disappeared, I never sent any money. I did send
her a final e-mail and told her what I had found out about her. She never
replied to deny what I had found. There were no further contacts.

used to live in Zverevo, but now I'm a student and study at Truskavets at

pictures was made by my mother last summer in Lviv. I don't have many questions as you thought. I only
want to know what a person are you, how strong can you love and can I belive you or not. To tell you the
truth I like your letters , but what a person behind them? I'm all right. Studying my
lessons and so on...The main subjects I study at the Academy are Philosophy,
English, Arts and Design, architecture of course and many different common
subjects which everyone study at any University. My major is flats and houses
design. I'll graduate next year. My Academy will take part at an international
student's exchange program in late December and I'm going to take part there
