She initiated contact for a Visa/ ticket scam, but offers to pay for visa. Well written English, using form letters that can be traced through google. She does, however answer some questions and appears intelligent. Didn't fall in love until 8th email. Says her Aunt can handle all travel arrangements.
I have noticed with scammers the following trends:
Will fall in love via emails easily, will send 1 or 2 photos every email, an only child, lives with parents in 2-3 bedroom apartment, never mentions the country you are from and writes in general terms, nothing specific, will slip up easily if you test him/her by changing your name in next email ###has no problem giving full name and address without you asking - and does so in the email before the "money letter"###

It is such great city and it takes a few hours to travel from one end to other. I took a taxi
from the aiport to the flat i rented for few days.
They have such nice taxis ,it is Ford - Focus -not new one (1998 ) it was so
nice jorney from airport to the flat.
So comfortable car,I have never been into such car!
Taxi driver showed me some nice places in Moscow while he was taking me down
to the flat. Such a great city it is. I have no words to explain.
you can't imagine how great Moscow is,to be fair I wouldn't like to live here,a lot of cars,people ,
voice and pollution.Ugly traffic and people with crazy eyes.
When I get off plane in airport Moscow policeman asked about passport and he looked at me like I am any enemy,
I think all people here are a little crazy at terrorism.
Life here in Moscow is expensive. I was going through some shops today
and it is much more expensive than in our town. Food and all the general
things. It is the same country but different prices, what a great change.
I think people living in Moscow are very cautious ,I think so.
But I think that I have done my choice and to be fair I don't want to live here,it is not the city of my dreams.

unusual for me. Today I went to cinema and watched "NATIONAL TREASURE: BOOK OF SECRETS" recommend this movie so much.
It's very kind movie!!!!!
Also I liked that cinema in Moscow, it's very big!i've never been to such big cinema. Soon I will go to Museum and tomorrow I will go to
the Mossovet theatre so maybe I will not have enough time to write
you. I already bought tickets to the theatre, the play is called Cherry Garden (or Orchard, I'm not sure how to write it in Eglish). It
was staged on a book of famous Russian writer Anton Pavlovich Chehov.
I think I will like this play. I've been told there will play very good actors Kondratieva and Ostroumova. I'm sure you've never heard of
them but that's OK. Have you ever heard about Chehov?

Dear Black List operator,
First contact originated on Match.com. She represented in her profile that she lived in California, but I could tell she was not fluent in English. That is when she revealed where she was from and why she had made contact. Communication lasted for 3 months and escalated over that time to the point that she wanted to travel to the US to be with me. She then asked me to help her to arrive to me. That is when money became the basis of the contact. Here first request was for 633.00 to get passport (Visa) and travel expenses to Moscow. She would base if I cared by if I was willing to help her to arrive to me. This is a Visa/flight scam and you should not send her money.
Some money was sent to Yuliya Ponomarewa via Western Union transfer. I found some information relating to some of the pictures she had sent on http://www.anti-scam.org/scammer/2426-1.html . The pictures were that same but under a different name. I became cautious and began collecting as much information as I could get without letting her know that I was suspicious of her intentions. Some of the email address her messages were sent from is as follows with the first one being the primary:

I would not send any more money and suggested that she go to her bank and get a loan and I would wire the money after she arrived. I never got a response back and that was the end of our
communication. This confirmed to me that this was a scam. It cost me a few dollars but better safe then a foul. She will play on your emotions but keep in mind that she has one objective and that is not arriving to you.
